Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2010 2011.cer證書是微軟的一個安裝證書，可能很多人都遇到過visual studio 2013和2015安裝時提示“安裝包丟失或損壞”的問題，其實就是缺少了證書的原因，只需要安裝microsoftrootcertificate2010.cer和microsoftrootcertificate2011.cer就可以了

解決方案

安裝vs2015軟件時需要的2個證書文件，可以解決安裝包丟失或損壞問題。

microsoftrootcertificate2010.cer

microsoftrootcertificate2011.cer

使用說明

這里以vs2015為例，VC2015證書安裝方法

解壓出里面兩個注冊文件【受信任的根證書頒發(fā)機構】。右鍵文件選擇安裝證書，彈出對話框點擊下一步，選擇將所有證書放入下列存儲，選擇【受信任的根證書頒發(fā)機構】點擊確定下一步直至安裝完成，win+ r ,輸入 certmgr.msc，在受信任的根證書頒發(fā)機構里刷新，看是否有"Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2010" "Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2011". ，有的話就在vs2015安裝下點擊重試就可以了

在安裝過程中，會陸陸續(xù)續(xù)提醒這些安裝程序找不到，SqlDom_amd64 - TSqlLanguageService - CT/AzureMobileServicesSdkV2.0

- Win10_UniversalCRTSDK - Headers Libraries and sources - WcfDataServices - Win81_SDK - SQLSysClrTypes - SQLSysClrTypes_amd64 - SharedManagementObjects_x86 - SharedManagementObjects_amd64。

以下是解決方法：

Open certification manager (Win+R -> certmgr.msc)

Go to "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" -> "Certificates"

Check for:

"Microsoft Root Certificate Authority"

"Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2010"

"Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2011".

You most likely don't have all of them from some reason.

On other PC that is connected to the internet and receiving Microsoft updates:

Check again for these certificates, you most likely see them.

Export them to SST file.

Import the SST file (that contain the 3 certificates) in the first PC.

Install again, now it will work :-)

I believe that this will also fix some Visual Studio 2013 SDKDDKVer.h and related errors.

win+ r ,輸入 certmgr.msc，在受信任的根證書頒發(fā)機構里面看是不是少這么幾項

"Microsoft Root Certificate Authority" "Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2010" "Microsoft Root Certificate Authority 2011".

如果沒有，從有的機器上導出來，導成.export文件，即SST格式。

拷貝到要安裝VS2015的機器上，win+ r ,輸入 certmgr.msc，在受信任的根證書頒發(fā)機構里導入這個文件，就好了。

導入的方法為，選中“證書”---右鍵“所有任務”---“導入”，后面的就不說了
